- Ich versuch aktuell viel weniger am Handy zu sein. Das gelingt manchmal besser und manchmal nicht so gut. Finde es mittlerweile nur richtig ass, sich hinzusetzen und dann zwei Stunden in gottlosen Reels oder ähnlichem komplett lost zu sein. Hatte letztens auch immer und immer wieder den Gedanken mir einfach ein altes Nokia oder so zu holen. Am allerliebsten wär ich oft einfach gar nicht erreichbar. Der Gedanke immer verfügbar sein zu müssen stresst mich ungemein.

- Drei Tage vor Album Release, es ist einfach komplett crazy. Ich hab mich letzte Woche erst mit Tony drüber unterhalten, wie krank es ist, jetzt dann endlich die Arbeit von 3 Jahren zu sehen. Theoretisch eigentlich seit 6 Jahren, die ich immer schon mit den Ideen und Drafts rumgeeiert bin. Ich schlaf seit Tagen auch wirklich komplett unruhig, weil ich so nervös bin. Nach dem PROPAGANDA Release Trauma kein Wunder, wo die Single damals nicht da war um 0 Uhr haha.

- It's already early March, and the album release is getting closer. The months are flying by, and I feel like I'm spending all my time in the studio… writing lyrics, recording vocals, and fine-tuning the songs. Not that I'm complaining… there are definitely worse things. But since Johannes and I pushed so hard in the beginning to lay the foundation for the tracks, it now feels like it's mostly about finishing things up and checking them off the list. I know this album is going to change my life. It's the beginning of something huge. I can feel it in every fiber of my being. But sometimes, I wonder if people truly understand the depth of this project—if they even know who or what OUWVAL really is. Maybe I shouldn't give a fuck. Maybe I should just stick to my vision and do my thing. All I want right now is to play shows, meet as many people as possible, share this with the world, and make it even bigger. I feel like I can't take it here anymore. This place, the daily routine… it's draining me, wearing on my nerves and emotions. It’s time to get out there.
